Religious Keepers... where are you ?

In this emergency where are the religious keepers, the missionaries the temples, churches, mosques.  Why are they not serving food to the poor, opening their doors to serve as hospitals of COVID-19 patients. A country of India is not short on places of brick or stone mortar. Is it not ideal to use such places & their funds for public welfare?

The so called abode of God earn a lot throughout the year from people who visit them & offer their donations. Where is all this money? Recently I heard one of the famous temple from South India is sacking their staff on contract as the income has gone down in COVID-19 scenario. So, we are in a time even GOD (or GOD keepers) is fearing COVID-19. Religion which was created to provide solace & discipline to Human Life, has long been a strong weapon of divide in the society. Now, it is assessing the profits & losses to run the show. Still after this emergency people will run to these places to practice & pay their Dharam. Perhaps Blood Jihad will still continue to book a place in Jannat.

Some State Government have asked Schools to open their door to provide shelter to street people in COVID-19 scenario. Private Hotels have come up to provide shelter to the Medical Teams attending COVID-19 patients. But we cannot ask the Abodes of God & their Missionaries to open up.

It is up to people to decide after they have witnessed this historic event, whether they keep visiting, paying & encouraging these Profit Merchants or practice their beliefs within their walls. No religion & its keepers care for their followers, they are ruthless Profit Makers (that too non-taxable income).

We need to face the mirror, remove the fear & helplessness in us & get rid of this age old FRANKESTEIN.

Challenge

What is the greatest challenge in life ?
To me it is the ability to get challenged or creating challenges to test yourself, the limits, the edges. Every time you are settled find a way to get unsettled and try again to settle. Then unsettle again...the cycle continues. It can be unnerving, disturbing, yet the best way of knowing yourself, judging or testing yourself.

It does not have to be specific professional reason or family reason or any friendly interaction which can be challenging. It can be a mix of everything which creates a challenge. Sometimes it can be repeating situation day in day out which can be strainous and presenting challenge. It can be some unwanted interaction which becomes a potential Challenge all the time. At times it the willingness to do so something, which is not happening, presents a challenge. It can be a hushed up expectations in the subconscious mind or the dose of happiness (read opium) which brings along the fear of possible failures and hence new challenges.

It is mostly situations which creates an air in the mind to treat them with utmost urgency and hence a Challenge gets re-created. More than the real challenge the victory over the mind becomes the bigger challenge. It is all about the Test of Time.

Which is desirable to test yourself every time in a new way or sink in the comfort of complacency ? Actually there is no such challenge, it all in the mind which wants to conquer over circumstances or individuals...may to get some limelight or acceptability among others.
